Honorinehttp://www.costumesexy.frnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9111975950044318592.post-50665174052759509212010-01-19T19:29:01.892-05:002010-01-19T19:29:01.892-05:00I am so angry with the Haitian government. The elected politicians do not possess the global knowledge, education, experience, strength, or cognitive skills to govern. Throughout this current crisis, I saw no one from the government talking to the people, giving them a sense of hope, prosperity or guidance. I do not know much about Preval, but I feel outraged by his lack of compassion. He should have climbed on top of a car with a bullhorn and talk to the people. The president should have been out there removing bodies with the rest of his countrymen. He could have delegated leaders or select residents to count bodies, others to write names of missing people and some reporting to a central location to give information. He could have encouraged the people to organize their neighborhoods, form tasks groups and give them responsibility. It is evident a lot of people wanted to help and did so by performing rescues using their bear hands, but with no sense of direction. Preval did not demonstrate any patriotism, leadership or compassion. In time of despair an elected president has to take the lead and command. Preval was nowhere to be found. His only statement was, in reference to his house being damaged and having nowhere to sleep. He is a disgrace for Haitians and the human race. I hope he is not allowed to continue as presidentAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
