It is essentially just a Kreyol-language meditation on the Obama inauguration in "Etazini" (the United States). I try to post articles in Kreyol from time to time here to help increase the visibility of the language and, when I had more time on my hands, used to post to Kreyol-language discussion forums as well, just to keep in practice.
