Haiti's CEP sanctions 14 for election-related violence

Haiti's CEP has sanctioned 14 candidates for election-related violence, including former deputy Arnel Bélizaire for opening fire with an automatic weapon in the vicinity of a voting centre in Cité Soleil's Drouillard quarter.
